Managing Director (Executive Director)

At the helm, Diverse Divine Catering and Events is led by Mr. Xolani Jama. Xolani has pulled together resources and skills he acquired from the variety of catering companies he worked for more than eight years. He has gained extensive experience running and hosting different catering services in Durban. He has worked as a coordinator for a number of functions within the University of KwaZulu Natal Campus venues and private corporate spaces in and around Durban. His experience ranges from working as a waiter, decorations and all the way up to managing and coordinating events.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR (Executive Director)

Talk about anything that has everything to do with operations at Diverse Divine Catering and Events–expect undivided attention from Ms. Lungile Mntungwa. She holds an honors degree in Human resources and has more than three years of operations experience in the industry. Having started as an informal pastry practitioner some years back, she gradually allowed herself to grow into events management. And yes, she is the co-founder of Diverse Divine Catering and Events Services. She is responsible for the overall operations of the entity.

KITCHEN FLOOR MANAGER (Executive Director)

She has been cooking for a catering company at the University of KwaZulu Natal for more than 20 years until she decides to venture into running her own kitchen at Diverse Divine Catering and Events–she has made her name in the kitchen through experience and special cooking certificates over the years, we call her Ms. Mabongi Goge. She is the co-founder of Diverse Divine Catering and Events.
